We never consider Northern Province as a separate entity and in this regard, I am not surprised to see that there are celebrations to commemorate Sathya Sai Baba in Jaffna, said Mr. A.Natarajan Consul General of India in Jaffna. He made these remarks at Araadhana Mahotsava held at Sathya Sai Seva Centre located in front of Jaffna University.

We can’t say that people are not 100% perfect in the world. Everyone might have some shortcomings. Yet, we should learn to be good people as far as we can. We should do good to others. We can do good only if our mind think of good things.

We should keep in mind that God has sent us to this world to help others. If we help others, God will take care of us. When we take birth in this world, every one was an ordinary child. But when we leave this world, others would know what you leave behind.  Bagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba was an exemplary in helping people in need. He served in all the domains including education, health, medicine and general amenities etc.  There were lots of people longed for the Darshan of Baba, day and night. But only some people blessed with getting opportunities to have his direct Darshans.

Personalities like Mahathma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela and Sathya Sai Baba were not belonged to their country only. They belonged to the world.

When Bill Clinton, former US President visited India, I had a chance to go near him and I was surprised to note that he was wearing a ring with Baba’s image. Not only Clinton, but also former British Prime Minister Margret Thatcher, Dance Maestro Michel Jackson. I heard that former President of Egypt Hosni Mubarak too wore a chain with Baba’s image as a pendant. They had such strong believe in Sathya Sai Baba.

If we want to be peaceful in our life, we have to be happy too. Happiness and sadness are expressions of our mind. Where there is love and friendship, there will be peace definitely.
